Saw plate adopt proprietary heat treatment technology, and designed using element analysis to sculpt and tension. So as to IBISE circular saw blades are of longer lasting, smoother cutting, and more durable.
Superior Material
IBISE circular saw blades are manufactured by ultra pure alloyed steel plate, Ultrafine grain carbide tips and Sandwich brazing solder. The saw plates are of excellent alloyed steel SKS51 and 75Cr1 and use proprietary heat treat technology to hardness 44 – 46. Ultrafine grain carbide tips are 0.2um – 0.5um
Heat Treatment
Every saw plate is heat treated for hardness to give it strength. The saw plate and the heat treat cycle are very carefully controlled to give proper hardness without brittleness.
Tensioning
Every cirular saw blade is precision rolled and tensioned, then hand hammered as necessary to make it perfect.
Flattening
Every saw plate is clamped under tremendous pressure to prevent warping and movement during heat treatment, even after this, the plates are inspected carefully and reflattened if necessary. The saw plates are strictly kept flat and reflattened as necessary during the entire manufacturing cycle, since the plates must be definite flat to position the teeth well, and grind the circular saw blade to standard tolerances.
Brazing
IBISE circular saw blades are brazed by high precision CNC brazing machines, adopted a carefully designed brazing process to ensure the carbide tips stay on the blades and do not break or crack. A new sandwich brazing alloy is developed to balance the property of stress reduction with the capacity for high shear strength.
CNC Grinding
IBISE circular saw blades are precision ground by CNC grinding machines. The grinding wheels are of high grit with diamonds to make proper fracture characteristics for the carbide tooth.
Dynamic Balancing
Dynamic Balancing guarantee saw blades deliver an excellent cutting result and last longer life. IBISE circular saw blades are processes to dynamic balancing. They are mounted on a dynamic balancing machine and run at high speed. Then the screen indicates at what points have mass of material that need to be removed in order to have a balanced blade.
Tolerances
Each circular saw blade is ground to top quality, high precision, and state of the art.
Inspection
Each circular saw blade is inspected and reinspected at each step of the manufacturing process.
